    Terms of service
    1) We do not provide refunds if we have given you the password to start the service.
    2)We do not allow you to break any of the RuneScape rules.
    3) No streaming or bringing unnecessary attention towards the account.
    4)In the rare case the account we lent you gets banned, we do not provide any refunds on lost gold or time.
    5)The informations about the account stays only with you, you will not share them.
    6)You are not allowed to take off any of the items you did not put yourself.
    7)We do not allow people to leave the duel arena or switch from world 302. However if you have to, please contact the agent to get permission.
    8)You will not change the display name of the account.
    9)Always leave the private chat on or on friends. Do not delete anyone off the friendlist.
    10)After the service is done we give up to 30 minutes to get your deposit back. If you fail to do so the agent will take it as a tip.
    11)If required, our agents will transfer gold for you. However, if you or we get banned during the process, we do not offer any refunds.
    12) If any of these rules are not followed, we will recover the account and provide no refunds at all.
