FastRsGold.com is now looking for new live chat agents!

We currently have 1 space available, from 10am BST to 5pm BST.

The job position's available are for live chat support and in-game delivery. The agent will take chat's and deliver customers their gold, put simply.

About Us:
FastRsGold.com is a relitively new gold shop in the market, however we have expanded very quickly and plan to get even bigger as we progress throughout the year. Our aim is to provide the cheapest gold for our customers and provide a fast and easy experience.

What we will need from you:
- Reliability (Being on time, all of the time)
- Patience and ability to deal with people well (Manners & people skills)
- Trustworthy (We will need some proof that you are somewhat trustworthy)
- Competence (You will need to be able to learn how to use our systems & deal with customers correctly)
- Ability to multitask and handle multiple chats without slipping up


Pay:
Live chat agents are paid commission on all orders they deliver and we then give out weekly bonuses depending on many factors, such as reliability, manners, etc.

Someone who is able to work effectively on chat should be expecting to earn at least $500 per month.

What's the mean wage per hour based on your current workers or whatever statistics you think is suitable to work this out.
Are there any other time-slots available to work other than the one you listed?

 

Changes very often, just depends how many orders are coming through.
