Wut Do?

So basically, my pure is 50 att. 99 str, 70 hp, 1 prayer and 1 defence.
66 cb
I'm wondering what to do in terms of attack and prayer.
My problem is that i really don't want to go level70+
I would really like 60 attack, but i don't know if i should.

60 att = 69 combat.

I would also like prayer.

13 prayer = 67 combat, raising my max hit by about 35
31 prayer = 70 combat, raising my max hit by about 40

60 attack + 13 prayer = 70 cb

60 attack + 31 prayer = 72 combat


This is probably really confusing, but i'd like your opinions on what i should do.

I say get 13 prayer with 50 attack, if you dont like it get 60 attack. Then if you dont like the 13 pray, get 31.
