The first thing I noticed is that the layout is decent, although the white underlines are annoying and double red detract from it.

Secondly I noticed is that you do not have proper grammar in your paragraph, which for me is a major turn off, so I suggest going back and proof reading everything to fix your grammar.

Thirdly, after the nice paragraph a simple list of thing about you is very disappointing. If you want to include something like that a nice paragraph would be better.

Fourthly make your guide titles links themselves like: How to use Skype. That just looks much more professional.

Sorry. This thread was made a while back, like a year ago. What he said improved my thread a while back, I totally reconstructed my thread to make it more appealing and really show that I want to become a User Educator to help out people more.
