I thought the idea of omm is the omm keeps both, gold from buyer and item from seller then he gives item once he gives seller the cash? I'm a little why this guy is only gonna give once has the cash.

Well just bids in forums. If the deal goes through we use msn. Also as stated either you go first or you pay for the OMM fees.
