    WU - Could someone help?!

I'm making my RSGP business soon, and to prevent chargebacks and help maintain safe efficient trades, I've been told to sell via WU, PA and mail. Please could somebody tutor me on how to use WU? Or link me to a good site or video?
    Anything is greatly appreciated!

    Grant.

Western Union is pretty simple to use. Basically, the first person goes online and pays to send you money. They will be given a MTCN (money transfer control number). They need to give you this number along with their name and other info that you use to fill out a form that you will receive at your Western Union location.
To pick up the money, you just take your ID with you and fill out the form at a local location. For large trades ($3k+) you will need either a passport or your social security card.

Sorry this probably isn't the clearest explanation. I've only done 2 WU trades so hopefully someone more experienced would be able to make it a bit more clear.

He pretty much covered it, but I think it's not $3k, but closer to $2k. If you found $2k some where, please link me.

He said that they send it online. That's not necessarily true. You can do it on the phone, online, or also in person. Most people do it in person, as online you need some prep ahead of time.

The fees are also lower in person typically. It really depends on the country and amount.

When you go to the WU office, they'll typically give you cash. Some western union locations are different than others though. At the WU office I go to, since they usually don't have enough cash, I get checks. If you go to a place like this, and they do it as a check, they'll typically cash it for you. Not all WU locations will do this though, so you'll have to look around for it.

Also, when doing WU, you'll need to give them some information of yours. They'll typically need: Your first and last name, your city, your state or province, and your country. Sometimes they don't need city and state/province, but you should always give it regardless.

Hope this clears it up. Also, you will need to bring some kind of photo ID, or they won't service you. :)
