    It's more likely to be banned due to the actions of you changing the name and linking it publicly etc

    u know even after the "name history delete" as u call it u can still see it

    take ur url in the XXXXXX add ur ID and u can see all the names changes

    and yes its matters alot , and no u cant reset the achivemnets please learn about steam accounts before u sell them
