Half-Life pack is obviously there since the account was registered but it doesn't matter as long as you add your own proof of ownership and if you don't do stupid shit (i.e scam others or login to stolen steam accounts on the same IP).

CS:GO is gift. Which means nobody has added his own card or PayPal (that would be risky for you, he could easily sell the account and then try to recover it).

All you do is make a purchase with PayPal to it (wallet code, game, w/e) and you can do it by using the OE as PayPal e-mail too. That will help even more. After that, you're pretty much secure indefinitely.

How did you manage to boost the csgo-stat hours??? Idle server? What would the K-D stats be then like

 

They change based on how many "real" hours you put into csgo-stats.

i.e If you played 5 hours total and the account has 4000 hours idled, your stats are going to be normal and reflect on those 5 hours. Now imagine putting 4000 real hours of a total of 4005 hours played. You can guess where the stats go

Obviously, you can fix that by playing few more hours or by adding less real hours, that's never an issue. Nobody is going to even bother with it.

Idle server boosts only the amount of hours showing up on steam profile with a 1:1 ratio. To change csgo-stats hours, send me a PM (not that it's super private but I don't necessarily want to let every nerd know).
