Yeah, the thing is, I'd like to be 1000% sure that I can unlock the account in the remote case that the first owned tries to recover it :C I wouldn't feel safe playing with something that can get locked anytime... also I'm trading a lot, so if I want to make a low digit my new main account (and move $$$$$ on it) I need to be sure that I will never get locked out of it. ^_^

Thank you for the interest on my account i have had the account for sometime now and all you need when unlocking the account in the worst case scenarios are PoP's of other games you got. Since they are all in the email address of this account I can assure you it's safe. I have the copy of the CS:GO Key used and it is in the email address so I don't have a copy of the key myself when I hand it over to you. You can always say that you lost the cd of the game which is the HL1 pack and instead offer steam support PoP's of other games.
