Problema nashih russkoyazichnih prodavcov zaklyuchaetsya v tom, chto vi dumaete raz burjui - to mojno doit' ego po polnoy. Na samom dele oni nichem ne otlichayutsya ot nashih shkolyarov, kotorim mama daet na morojenku

When you buy fresh 3 digits without a PoP, any new purchase during the year will not be an advantage in case of any tickets of support.

I bought a 3 digit in 2015 for $430 + OE. Account got locked though after 8 months, pretty sure owner tried to contact support and get account back after selling it. I wish I now paid an extra $100 for an account with PoP!
