Is $1000 the final price for that 3 dig?
He never buys, half of sellers have him blocked now. Been years, he wastes everyone's time. He even tries to say he can buy cheaper digits elsewhere, he never buys from them either - just letting you know.

The thread has been inactive since May 6th, and last I heard he is working on getting the ban removed.
But I don't know if that's possible though in his situation.
