So you either had to of worked for Valve or it has been stolen, because I'm pretty sure almost every 2 digit is a employee. I know 3 digs are way past the registering point for it to be a employee, but either way if you sell this to someone I can tell you 100 % it will be disabled when the new owner logs in and changes the info. Honestly not even worth selling because your gonna get a charge back when it gets disabled, especially with people asking 1k+ for these type of accounts.

KWGOLD do some research please. Any account of this age that you claim to be a valve employee would have login details such as @valvesoftware.com; and as a note yes most 1 digits do have such login, but as for 2's about 2% of them are valve employee's.

 

Actually you are wrong, not all of them used valve emails. And it has nothing to do with if it was a valve account or not. The point here is no matter what if you sell this account it has a 90 % chance of being disabled. And I'm not saying this to come at you side ways, just trying to prevent a 2 dig getting wasted.
