Cannot find a ban reason but as shown on the thread linked, it seems the tag he was selling was scammed previously on the same website, so it seems he's a scammer/vader there as well. If the proof of him being a vader here (GBMaster/Dbok) is inconclusive, there should be at least enough to require him to show evidence of his ban on FK to prove it's not against sythe rules.
