Wtf.. My Pins Arent Working

OK WTF.. i have 2 pins that i just bought -.- like 5 minutes ago.. they dotn work wheni type them in and press reedeemed it says "please enter a numerical pin" but when i type a random pin it says invalid pin idk whats going on some one please help me!!!

dude.. i made sure of it 4 times lmao.. -.- I bought one pin.. it didnt workj so i fugired i wrote it down wromng.. then i bought another one this time i made sure.. it says "Please enter a numerical Pin" when I type those 2 pins in.. but when i like type random shit it says invalid.. so idk

Did you click redeem pin or did you go to the page where you need to enter the phone number???

lol if it says that...im pretty sure jagex is suspicious of something or they ripped you off...tbh, no other explanation.

Don't pm him the pin just send a query to Jagex.

If you bought it off another player, they lied, if you bought if off Jagex, you got the pin number wrong.

If you bought yourself, then You wrote down wrong number, If you bought off sombody else you got scammed.
