wtf is that?

so i was trying some guide on internet to remove recoveries and i succeeded in removing them on one of my account but i had been testing out the guide on another of my account that i did not want to sell and now that i succesfully removed recovs on the acc i wanna sell, heres what i get when i go to try and just reset my password on the other acc i dont wanna sell as it is currently locked. this is first time it happened to me, will the acc get banned or some?

 

No you won't get banned, it just appears when you fail a certain number of times.

 

after how long will i be able to reset the password of my other account?

 

Well, you may use a proxy I'm assuming.
I'd give it 30 minutes.

 

Wait 24-48hrs if you can't access it then use a proxy.

 

Weird message. I'd say try again later if you're using the proper connection and not a proxy. If same message, try a proxy lol

If the account is locked, then you will have to wait 3 months. What you need to do is go back in and recover a locked account. This happened to me. You need to provide as much information as possible. If enough information is provided, the account should be unlocked.

 

i get the "locked account appeal was successful" email, when i go to click on the link it either gets me to pick new password and when i click next itll show me that message or right away when i click the link it show me that :X

 

You've been phished my friend jagex never e-mails you.(I'm pretty sure unless you want to change your e-mail they didn't even e-mail for me reseting my recoveries)

 

nope its not phished. lol. i finally succeeded i had to do the other way (enter all creation details nd stuff) insted of just entering my email
