• List of offences you've committed and ban reason given to you: I have evaded my original ban put since my last pardon request I haven't made another account and I've learnt from my mistakes. The reason I was banned for was I tried to get a account I sold recovered as I wasn't paid the right amount by the buyer. The account wasn't recovered at all and the problem was resolved but I still got banned.

• Anything you wish to add: to be honest I would prefer to be unbanned as what I did to get banned in the first place wasn't a risk to the community I was trying to get my account recovered as the buyer paid a differnt price to the one we agreed on. But I accept that it wasn't right to request the account to be recovered by the OO. It's been over a year now and I have come to a realisation of how imprortant sythe can be to someone like me who buys and sells gold all the time. If my DNT or pardon is accept am I allowed to create a new account from scratch?

You seem not to understand the difference between being pardoned and getting a DNT, so here's a thread that will explain it to you: Understanding the DNT (Do Not Trade) rank. Also, if you are serious about getting a DNT still - which won't let you buy/sell gold neither will allow you to create a new account - I will still await the decision being made on your pardon request which is now being voted on.
