The site scammed him so he took his account back, wtf FireZ?
Id be real pissed if I were him..

Yea um how do you know the site owners werent going to keep it for themselfs?
You have no proof that they sold it and the buyer put money on it, what a stupid ban..

I'd say FireZ is in thw right, essentiall he's scammed both the company and the person who has bought if from them.

It's hard to tell unless the company tell us there side of the story.

You have ZERO proof that the sight had resold it.
He scammed nobody, the site never paid him so he recovered his account. Thats not scamming..

Essentially he admited to scamming, he made a contract in some for to sell his account and should have dealt with the company and got them to sort it out.

Ok, lets say he's in the right to take back the account. The taking and keeping of the extra items is most certainly scamming.

He didnt take the items, he took his account. They gave him the items.
They put the items on the account, the account belongs to him.

They gave the items to his account. They gave him the items.
Yes thy should both have their items back but the site scammed him, whatever the site put on the account should be his now (my opinion).

That's what I had originally thought also. Sythe seems to be against scamming, which is GREAT, but I just don't see that guy as a scammer. I've been browsing alot of those sites lately, and half of them have the SAME EXACT testimonials. I couldn't see them being legit at all. We don't know that the site resold his account either, that could have been the site storing some stuff on there, from what I understand they do that.

But, I'm not staff, so this means nothing.

If you have a problem with the way FireZ is doing his job, PM him, this is not the place at all.

In this case, I would have done the same thing.

He should have dealt with the company, not taken it into his own hands.
