obviously fake :/

lended items cant be stolen. as when you lend an item it will be moved to a temporarily created external bank space. and there will be created a new item that will be lended. this way it's not possible for lended items to get stolen or anything

 

It's probably a fake in some what, he's being an idiot, either trolling or trying to get a free ags off jagex, obviously never gonna happen.
