    Looks like cheatengine to be honest. Only he could see the cape -- everyone else saw some normal clan or team cape or something. So he doesn't really "have" it.

    Video's been removed.

    Umm.. i've seen a dung cape on a lvl 13 before. I'm not sure if it was trimmed though..
