[WTB] Wanting to buy high lvl main with high slayer and QP

Hi Sythe,
I am looking to buy a high lvl main (105+) with 75 minimum in combat stats and 75 slayer minimum. Also prefer barrows gloves and 1500+ total lvl. I am willing to pay up to $500 USD or equivalent. However, due to recently being scammed, I would prefer to do the transaction in partial payments of $100 bi-weekly. This would allow me to spend a little more, and also provide at least a little bit of security.

Why sell to me?
I have the money! Even though I'm asking to make payments, there really isn't much of a risk to the seller. Worst case,, I don't pay on time and you recover the account (which i won't do, i dont want to make a payment on the account and have it recovered). You have a down payment on the account, and the stats will be better from me playing it.
