WTB Steam account with Prototype

I am buying a Steam account with Prototype. I don't care if it has more games, only that it's cheap.

Rules:

I am NOT going first unless you are a mod or a well known high repped guy.
I will NOT buy accounts that has big chances of getting disabled or retrieved.
I can do trades with my own accounts or pay with paypal.
If the account gets disabled or retrieved you will have to replace another one with Prototype.
