[WTB] Skiller for 99 defence / low combat

[RingMe]

Hello all,

I am in need of a F2P ragger/tanker. That means, an account with a low combat level and a high level of defence. The combat level should be around level 80-85 with 99 defence. It would be perfect to have:

- 99 Defence
- 1 Prayer
- 70 Range
- Low attack and strength level.
- 1 Magic

Is someone able to create such account for me?
If you're interested... feel free to send me a private message with your price.

I can do the job, it'll take some time (as you don't want att and str to affect ur combat lvl).
stats:
40 att
64 str (both won't affect)
99 def
70 range
around 90 hp
rest 1.
Combat 81.

PM if interested.
