WTB Skill training

[nowtoe]

I have around $250 I will wait a week to see who can offer the most out of this $200. If you don't have many vouches I will pay for verified mm. I will pay for the fees. My account is currently at tutorial island with nothing level'd up. I wan't an account that is good for pking and just fighting. I used to play back in the day but it's been probably 3 yrs since I have last played. I will also pay for any materials needed or whatever I need to make sure you can complete the task. Feel free to come up with ideas. Whoever offers the highest amount of leveling for the cheapest price is probably who I will go with.
