WTB RS3 Completionist Account

[ratedgamerman]

Want to buy a RS3 Account that Complete or near to Completionist

What it needs to have

No past botting related offenses
120 in Dungeoneering and Invention, all other skills 99 or higher
1bill + total xp
Majority Quest done - All Quest Done
Completionist Cape

Payment method: Paypal or Bank transfer (UK only)

PayPal is my 1st Option. BTUK only if you are trusted/or are a Admin etc.

Don't ask about OSRS OR RS3 Gold, BITCOIN ETC. I don't use Bitcoin and I don't have another runescape account so I don't have any OSRS OR RS3 Gold.

A screenshot of the account's levels and quest, Account's offence history/ban meter would help, send picture in here or private msg. Up to you.

I do have other questions, however I will ask them when you have posted on my thread or pm me. Also please do not post here if you don't meet the requirements I set

Thank You

[hello 123]

skipped some for privacy. Is comped so has all quests.

Ban meter - not at home rn, can't get on rs, but has like 3 mutes for minor random stuff when I was about 8. All expired
