WTB ranger with hp

[Liamus]

hello all im looking to buy a ranger with some hp levels as most of the sites i've visited to buy a ranger account all have level 3 hp which i see as pointless but anyway im looking for an account with

1 attack
1 strength
1 defense
70+ range
any magic level is a bonus but not needed
59 hp with a level 70 range as is normal lol
44 prayer is good but also not needed thank you.

will buy via playerauctions.com
or paypal if trusted thank you.
