I don't tell how much I want to pay because some price I want to pay, may be deemed as "too low" so I let the seller decide. It's like going to a car deal and telling the dealer "I want to pay $50,000" for this 2015 Audi R8. Also, you're implying no one is a legit seller? So, what are you?
