BladeBreaker.wanted IS A SCAMMER

BladeBreaker.wanted is a scammer.
I paid him $16 for a MW2 + MOD Packs Steam account and he didn't gave me the account.
I don't have the MSN chat log, but I have the PayPal e-mail saying that I paid him.

He then blocked me from MSN and never showed back.
I am trying to get a refund but he don't reply my PMs.
All I want is $14 back, no need for $16.
Thanks, and please ban this guy.. he even got a 'TRADE WITH CAUTION' sign, so he probably already scammed someone.

I've reported him via PMs many times (with proofs!) to:

1st: Skele_Master
2nd: Spyike
3rd: xeleration

But... so far he is continuing scammin' and noone cares >.<. Also bumpin' his threads for more than once in 24 hrs. Noone cares, too >.<.

And many, many, MANY other posts around the forum from users, who he got scammed, but they don't saved proofs, because are newbies or dunno why.

Whatever...
