BladeBreaker.wanted scammed $25 USD

Edit::: I'm pretty sure he blocked me. Sad that I had to get scammed again...

Explanation: The cost was $25 but I only had $18 so we worked out that I will pay him $18 now and then pay $7 in a few days AFTER I get the key. So I go send him the $18 and he asks for proof that I own the e-mail, then proof I own the paypal. I send it to him (I have censored out the tinypic links though if mods want they can have them due to personal information shown that would make the pic moot if removed) and then he never responds. He was busy for the last 5 minutes of the conversation but in the end I think he left his computer or went into a full screen application (Though I sure as hell nudged enough to get him to notice). I am currently in the "Hope it isn't a scam" phase and if I turn out to be wrong and it is not a scam then I will clear this report. Thanks.
