WTB low-ish level pure with decent mage

Hey guys, been a long time since I've played, and now that I have a job but no time, would like to make getting things started a bit easier.

100% willing to use a Sythe middleman.

Really would like an account with:
60 attack
75(ish) strength
1 defense
75+ range
90+ mage

Mith gloves and DT would be nice as well.

If the account has a fire cape that is awesome, would be willing to pay extra for that.
Would be looking to transact with USD, can be Paypal or however it is easiest.
