I am looking for an 99 woodcutting with max combat

I have around $70
If this is not enough I have a few items on rs3 worth around 20m. extra.

Bump, Edited the max price I will buy at.
Trying player auctions as well for this 175 level account.

Mainly looking for a decent account with max woodcutting and possibly max range, defence, and prayer.
