I'm looking to buy a good, cheap main, preferably level 100+ with 72 slayer and a fire cape.

I'm looking to spend about $50, but my price will vary based on the account. If you have an account you're looking to sell, leave a screenshot of the character's stats, black marks, bank, etc, and how much you're looking for.
