I'd prefer to buy the account over Player Auctions for my safety as i do not entirely trust middle men. But i would be open to whatever you want to do.

I have this if interested. You might need to purchase EOC GP from playerauctions or players from sythe if you would like to purchase. It has what you're asking for. All non combat skills are above level 50. Fully quested 178 QP. Rune defender, fire cape, barrows gloves, house with portals to canafis, camelot, varrock, glory in house, and altar. Good account with 6m bank included so you can start doing barrow runs fast. As I have a Canafis portal, altar, veracs, 1.5k sharks, runes for slayer dart/claws of guthix with void kngiht mace and shortcut to barrows unlocked. HMU. 67 slayer aswell
