WTB: High level mage account

I want a high mage account I prefer all other stats to be 1 besides hp but I want low hp. Hmu how much you want i can pay in pp or possibly 07 gp, would like to buy from someone trusted

 

Hey man, I have an account im considering getting rid off, it has 99 mage but is a "gmauler" i use that loosely as it has 50 atk 52 str 1 def 52 hp 73 range and 43 prayer but as i said before 99 mage (i auto click alched it) it doesnt have any bans though.
It DOES come with ORIGINAL email so i'd probably want 07 gp since it would be next to impossible for me to recover should you scam me via paypal. If you're interested let me know and we'll discuss prices.

Edit: Just checked account, its 66 combat and has 67 construction (has pool in POH)

 

My account that I'm selling has 99 Magic, 10 HP, 1 pray, 1 ranged, 1 defense, 30 attack and strength. It is 50 combat and magic based, the att & str levels haven't affected the combat level.
It also has 67 construction.
