WTB HC Ironman $20-$30 Paypal

Hello everyone,

As the title says I am looking for a HC Ironman only. Willing to spend between $20-$30 PayPal depending on the account. I want to get into the HC game mode, but I have no desire to do the initial low level BS. I am not looking for a lvl 3 account, I am more looking for just a beginning stage mediocre account. Questing done is a huge +, as is a high agility level. Must be willing to provide the original email with password (This is non-negotiable). PM what you got, and lets not be scummy.
