    A "3 digit" refers to an account whose Steam ID belongs to three numbers exclusively.
    E.g. STEAM_0:0:XXX or STEAM_0:1:XXX
    Personally I don't agree with the sellers price. Also considering this account doesn't come with the original CD Key means if something were to happen to your account. You're boned :(
