I recommend you buying a Max Staker Account from a Trusted Members Thread than buying from the 'New comers' As it will be safer because you can get one with No set email and u can set it to one of your own.

It honestly doesnt matter . This forum is all risk taking regardless of vouches. There are plenty of high vouchers with TWC next to their name and a new comer can be just as trust worthy as any "high vouched" person you seek.

@24 7 Has TONS of vouches and I bought an account from him that I've had for some time now. I'd check out his shop and see what he has that may be in your budget.
