I have an account you might like that needs a little bit of work to fit your description. Great stats, just needs to be quested as it has 17 qps. notable stats are 75 attack, 81 strength, 73 defence, 97 hunter, 78 range and 78 magic. I am new but noticed that to avoid scam on both ends we would use a
MM for transaction. if interested pm me and ill give you my skype and contact a MM. Thanks.
