    I'm interested in cheap accounts with 15K IP or more: name, level, champs, skins and RP are irrelevant. Would prefer No verified email as well.

    If they only have about 14 or 15K IP, They can't be botted or at risk of ban.

    But if they have like 28K IP or more I don't care if they are botted or not.

    Wouldn't need them in bulk, just one every so often. Any price estimates for something like this?

    23k ip - 130-400rp - unverified email = 8 eur
    32k ip - 130-400rp - unverified email = 12 eur
    more IP accoutns available too.
    i'm not the seller for this just know someone trusted who does :)

    Bump -- Forgive me because I do not know the standard prices for this sort of thing. But does anyone know if it would it be possible to buy accounts with 28K or higher IP for less than $10? Or is that infeasible/too lowball?
