$20 is impossible price for a scanned EU CD-Key of BF3 (neither SE, nor LE) when the game costs $60 in the US and €60 in whole Europe.

GL with searchin', but here you'll find only SE'd sellers selling stolen from the EA Support Chat CD-Keys (which will be revoked/banuted/disabled soon as well).

I'd listen to a reasonable offer for a bit more if I knew it was legit.

The game will be $30 on Origin (digital and physical) and Amazon (digital) again on Monday so there's definitely a fairly low ceiling on the price of the game.

 

Which means that definitely you'll have to wait for Monday in order to get the cheapest & legal as possible.
