Been searching for a really low 4digit for the last couple of days, still no luck..
Yeah so i've got a budget at $100 to play with but there is some requirements at my wished account.

- Under the 2XXX Range
- 0:0 and not 0:1 / yeh it's essential to me haha
- HL1 (Doesn't necessary has to come with HL2)
- OE and if PoP i can pay more for a negiotiable price..

Due to the lack of moderating here and confusion about who to contact to verify Steam accounts. I am going to allow a few select people to stay in contact with me about accounts that need to be verified.

Niken, don't get rude with me. All I'm saying in that I am verified to verify low digits by a mod. You can get it verified by me or string cheese. It doesn't matter who you pm, you aren't allowed to sell a low digit without verification period.
