    I think he meant $17 he must have missed a "1" before the 7, still it's low as a 5 digit with no community page setup and oe costs atleasts $30 to $35 depending on how high or low it is.

    That guy gives you accounts that are dead for over a century without OE and any PoP. Good luck getting locked. Mine on the contrary has been used for ages and it's completely legit and under the radar. 85EUR is my asking price, PayPal or PSC.
