Hello I'm currently looking to buy a 3 digit steam ID. The account must satisfy the following requirements:
- It must be unused. Meaning Steam Guard still not enabled, and Steam ID still not created if possible (not a necessity though).
- The account must come with the original email or if the original email domain doesn't exist anymore.
- VAC Status must be in good standing and never have had any type of bans whatsoever.
- And last but not least, I'll require the Proof of Purchase from back in 2003
(the Half Life Platinum Pack).
I'll only be paying using Paypal and I'd be interested in using a Middleman since I've seen it's common practice when buying a 3 digit or lower account.
Only serious offers please.
