[WTB] - 2016 Low Level Accounts

I am looking to buy some very specific Pokemon Go accounts.

• Account is low level (must be under level 12).
• Account has ANY Pokemon caught in July 2016 or August 2016 (more the better) in the storage.
• Account has received less than 10 lucky Pokemon (ever) from trades.
• Account is Pokemon Trainer Club for login.
