Hello I am writing you guys in regards to my account being wrongfully ban.

The buyer wanted me to stop my service after I got him from silver 1 0 LP - silver 1 (promotion to gold 5) and never asked me for a refund. Then he posted a dispute saying I scammed him here is proof of the conversation.

Basically, this isn't really ban worthy as Jason requested the refund, however he should have also asked the elo booster to refund what hadn't been completed, which is what elo is going to do now.

According to ELO, original order was Silver 1 - Gold 5, and ELO got Jason to being only 3 wins away from the completion of the entire service.

he had 0 wins in promotion, he needed 3 wins to get to gold 5

If this is the case, I'd say this is like 70-80% of the service complete? ELO should have to refund $7 and then can be unbanned.

You'll have to refund the remaining portion of the service to Jason. The service was not completed so therefor some of the payment is extra.

I agree with this. So I'd say a refund of 7.50$ would be appropriate in this case.
