Wrongful ban due to correlated IP address

Hello, I was wondering if any moderators/admins had a moment to speak about a ban (audit of a banned user's ip that used MY wifi, causing them to be correlated). I have not done anything to deserve this ban, and have been more than a positively vouched and trusted member since I joined in 2015. I cannot appeal the 3 month ban on my profile due to website inaccessibility.

However, I would be more than happy to verify all of my claims, and prove in any way that we are two completely different people, ethically and account wise. You could even look at the history of my account and compare it to his. I understand the concern and the do not trade label i received while this was resolved. This however, is nowhere near a justified ban. If there is someone that could help resolve this issue and request whichever form of proof would be suitable, it would be greatly appreciated.
