Wrong IP ban

Hello.
My Friend just introduced me to this website, i find it interesting since iw been doing firecape services for alot of my friends and people i play with. So i figured out, i should start a firecape service on sythe to make some extra money. When i tried to create an account it says ''Users associated with your IP address: DankCanifis'' And i cant create the account. So i hope there is any way to deal with this? I dont know or associate with this user.
