TWC Removal- Clifton43

Link to/reason for TWC:Clifton43 - Poor Service. Bad judgement.

Reasoning/explanation for sketchy behaviour leading to TWC: I mean everything is there I think I was just caught in the wrong place at the wrong time clouded judgement?
Anything else you wish to say: Can you please my remove my TWC ??

Edit: Listen I can appreciate I did something wrong but it sounds worse than it actually is. I took an order for DS2 at a cut-price of 15M his total bank while the customer in question didn't really have the gear or stats for it. I took it anyway as I wanted to improve my vouches and get more customers. I promised him a time-frame which I couldn't do due to real life issues. I did all of the quest apart from the final boss as he didn't have the gear, stats and the fact I was up 30 hours due to real life issues. I agreed with him to let someone else do the final boss that guy ended up scamming the 15M his total bank. The guy was really angry and started talking about his dad having cancer punching the wall screen etc. I didn't have any osrs gp as I sold all of it and just came back so I gave 8M from another client's acc to calm him down as I would buy gp in 3 hours. It didn't affect the client at all because he said he wouldn't log in for a week when the service would have been done by agreed upon. It's not like I tried doing anything shady or tried scamming even the person in question says he believes me and legit and all of my story adds up I hope you can look at this in more detail @Andy Samberg if not I understand. It is effecting my rep when it was just a matter of clouded judgement and I wanted to calm the guy in question so he didn't hurt himself. All I wanted was for everyone to be happy/

Also please note I dealt with all of this without any mods interference I didn't get caught trying to hide anything I put everything out in the open. I have done more jobs and I work under someone now who can vouch I have done work its just some people don't leave vouches and it has been harder since to get work since I have a TWC. Also trying to get more people to vouch for the services I have done.

And another edit: Like I have said before obviously I will feel hard done by when I got scammed $300 the other guy didn't even get a TWC and I get one for clouded judgement and when no mods had to get involved? The same guy who got banned and ended up scamming up way more because no-one wants to listen... but I obviously deserved it more than he did because I caused the people a lot of pain and stopped contacting them and had to wait for mods to chase me up on it...

Mm....using people's money without permission is worthy of a longer-term TWC imo. Voting no. Maybe next time.

Andy has a fair point, although I'm willing to give him another chance as I feel the same way as @Pendulum here. Going to support this time around.

 

Going with a no this time. For weeks, you argued that you didn't believe using a customers GP without their permission should be punishable - this shows you have flawed vision of proper trading practices. I'd like to see more vouches before changing my vote to a yes.

 

Honestly I was going to vote no because you should have known this was a bad thing to do anyway, but I can understand the circumstances that may have lead you to exercise bad judgement. And I don't think bad judgement should mean you deserve a longer TWC - not in this case anyway.
