WoW or RS?

I play Runescape. Very statisfying when you reach goals.

 

I like how you chose the most perfect picture possible on WoW, and the shittiest picture possible on RS..
RS currently has an HD option for members and it increases the entertainment and "eye candy" for RS. I prefer RuneScape over World Of Warcraft. I have nothing against people who play WoW, or like it better than RuneScape, or even think RS sucks. It really depends on the type of person, and what you like in a game. You could take 10 random people and ask them if they like RS or WoW better, and get 5/5 1/9 0/10, any random ratio, and then get another 10 people and have COMPLETELY different answers. There is no way to decide which is "better". Everyone has their own opinion, and is 100% allowed to express that feeling.
So, in the end, I would choose RS over WoW.

 

Never played WoW, but probably WoW. Runescape is okay.

Why prefer RS over WoW?

I'd say Runescape. Its free, no need for high end computers, and its the most popular free mmorpg.

Also WoW is too addicting. My uncle plays 8 hours a day for the past 2 years now. I don't see him stopping anytime soon.

It's not too addicting. Look at runefags who sit there for 12 hours a day, it's still the fucking same time, you just have to limit yourself.


World of warcraft, be a serious player or a casual players, theres both.

 

I'm quitting World of Warcraft in a few weeks to start playing Runescape.

 

I honestly WOULD play WoW if it wasn't so fucking much to play it.

i.e the cost to play.

But imo, Runescape > WoW

I play wow, and I play it an hour a day tops. I'm exceedingly having fun at it too. I'm also maxed level.

 

Not everyone is a "RUnefag" Some people may just have some spare time or anything and decide they are going to take it easy and sit back a nd play runescape all of the people i know that play WoW go outside with me for like 1 hour and say man i wana get more levels in WoW so they go back inside its so stupid more peoples lives have been ruined with WoW then Runescape. I like Runescape the HD graphics are perfectly fine for me, but really what this whole topic is coming down to is PERSONAL PREFRENCE, If you like WoW more then WoW is the better game If you like Runescape more runescape is the better game. Personally I have tried both I found runescape more fun and interactive its all about you you decide which game is better.

 

You cannot debate which one is better because they are completely different from each other.

WoW...thought so.

 

Not to forget that in WoW you can create as many characters as you want. In Runescape you have to pay for each character to enjoy the full content. So for me RS is way more expensive then WoW.

 

on paying i think it depends on how many accounts you want or types of accounts you want so id dont know which ones better. i got bored of RS though.

Well they are pretty much different if you look at it my way.. RS is a browser based where WoW isn't.
I stil prefer RS even though it kinda does get reptitive.
