Would this be useful?

Would it be useful if i created a website that had

- Video tutorials
- Text tutorials
- Scripts (PHP, Javascript, etc) with source

And users could post their own tuts/scripts on the forums which i could take a look at and if it was valid (The info on the tuts actually made sense etc) i would put it on the website.

Would you use a website like this etc.

 

Yes i would, if really it helps me with scripting. If you knew how to do photoshop, add that :|.

 

I mean, i want it to be something like i add as many as i can obviously, and then people join the forums and post tutorials / scripts they made and i can put them on the website etc etc.

 

Problem with that is competition.

Video tuts = Youtube/metacafe/google... etc.
Text Tuts = search how to on google (About, etc)
Scripts = Search em.

Most of these have already been done, and putting them together, might work, but if you do video/text tuts, scripts won't work.

Think of what's not been done, and do that. Find a market, find an empty area in that market, then market on that.

 

Yes like "Macro", website. Good idea tho.

 

Nope, use an existing one there are already too many.
