I'm not the good guy to explain things but ill do my best!
Basicly as stated i indeed owe Fred a total of $53,55 usd (17M 07 x 3.15 as agreed)
I could not pay him for couple reasons and people including dave understands
1: My skrill account was locked, this was very anoying issue that is till this day still not solved (reason: send to much money and they though something fishy happened)
2: Ddos issues in the teamspeak, till this day it's still unknown who is doing this and for what reason there may be. Im pretty sure i had no problem with anoying i see them as my friends even as of right now.
Fred is paid with Skrill today amount $55 USD
If needed I can provide the screenshot or Fred could do that if that's available
I would like to apologize for this issue to:
Fred, Dno, 5F4 and everyone from the teamspeak server
I do love you all, for real!
